hello everybody
I've purchased my Xperia C4 Dual for about a week
when I checked IMEI in imei.info , it recognized the model and the brand only instead of full information .
also when I connect to pc companion it doesn't recognized the model and name of my phone , only sony xperia smartphone !
something else , when I try to use "My Xperia" servise it takes so long time to validate my phone without any result so I couldn't use My Xperia service , like this only :
can somebody explain what happen please ??
is my phone original or fake ??

That is strange. You should try to contact your Local support and they will tell you exactly the case.

Finally they reply me the answer

IMEI is recognized on our system.
For the latest news, information and product support please visit www.sonymobile.com."
also after some attempts in uninstalling "PC Companion" and re-installing , it detected my phone well.
now I'm relieved :).
next , I'm still searching to solve "my Xperia" service !!

@engnajjar About my xperia, go to settings-apps-all,scroll down to my xperia. Force stop and clear data,restart. See how it is.
