Hi,
A problem occurred today on my KD-55AF8. The Internet connection via ethernet is working, Netflix and some other streaming services works as usual, even so the internal browser has connected to the Internet. BUT: the apps Youtube and Google Play display a connection error message. These apps worked recently.
The TV is connected via a network switch and a router to a fiber converter.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I'll try your suggested solutions when the problem appears again. It's not always occurring.
I did change my cable connections though, so the AF8 does not use the switch but has a direct cable connection to the router (I have several different electronic things that need cable internet and so few RJ-45 on the wall...). I have a feeling that this will improve performance.
If the problem occurs again, I'll get back with the result of the suggested solutions.
