There is no optical input on the TV 55XE8505

Hello . You do not know what to set me to go through the optical output. I have a 55XE8505 TV and a Logitech z5500 speaker connected through an optical cable, but even when I switch to external speakers, I can not hear the sound. There is no light with optical output on TV. Please, give me an advice . Or is the TV error? I have it for 10 days. Thanks Lubos

It might be best to perform a reset or a factory data reset on your KD-55XE8505.

Hello . Thank you for answer. Factory Reset Reset has already been tried, but it has failed. Optical output does not respond or is off.  Luboš
