Hi

I have a Sony 48 Oled A9 series and have my set top box hooked up to HDMI 2. I can watch programmes, change channels etc no problem but…… when I switch source then try to switch back to the STB, I get a black screen and a message advising to check or change inputs.

Any help/ ideas would be appreciated.

Hi Juliet4, try unplugging the TV from the mains and remove all leads for two minutes.

Which software version does your TV have? Press help on the remote to get it.
