Which headphones can I purchase to pair with a Sony KD43XG8196 TV ( 2019 model) so that one person can use the TV speakers and a second person can listen using headphones, each having separate control of sound volume?

Hi @justsonyid
Sorry, you cannot "pair" any headphones direct because your TV because it does not support the Bluetooth A2DP profile which is required. However it does have a headphones socket for wired headphones.
If you go in to your TV's Sound settings you should find Headphone/Audio out. Change this to Audio out (Fixed) to get sound from speakers and wired headphones.

Oops ... an oversight of mine I apologize, it is possible up to XG83...
For XG81 you can by the App Bluetooth Pair, you need to install the App installation package (APK) via a File Manager after moving it to the TV with a USB Memory.

If you don't want to think about anything, your MDR-RF860RK are fine, just connect them to the Headphone output.
