Faulty TV

Does anyone know what is wrong with my TV. It pulsates every 2 seconds between a good screen and this on Model KDL55W807C

Yes I have completed a factory reset. The screen has gone and now need a new TV.

I did and we changed a lot of settings and is now out of warranty. Took to an engineer and said screen issue and would need a new screen. Too expensive so will need to get a new non Sony tv.
