recovery discs.

I upgraded from win-vista32 to win7-32. If I make Recovery Discs for my Vaio would the Recovery Discs be for win-vista32 or win7-32 o/s or will the discs created be independent of the o/s and be just for the vaio?

cheers

Hi cool.sm.

Recovery Discs are a copy of the Recovery Partition on the Hard Drive and this never changes and always returns the Vaio to the Factory Installed condition.

Recovery Discs will be Vista 32-bit.

If you want to back up your Windows 7 installation, you will need to make a mirror of the hard drive with something like Acronis TrueImage.
