Screen locks, can not shut down or do anything.

Edited a few pictures and screen locked/froze. Can not shut off or go back or anything else. No reaction what so ever. It doesn't respond when I charge either. What do I do now?

Power button and volume up at the same time,it will vibrate 3 times and turn off.Turn it on.
