Notification for system update shows but not able to get update

My Xperia z5 dual get update notification but I am not able to get any update, whenever tap on notification showing your device software is up to date

Try to restart the device and then try it update with pc companion...

I also have same problem my phone is Xperia Z5 dual E6683, 

I recently updated to Android 7.0 32.3.A.0372 2 weeks back.

There is always a notification for update, when I try to update it says system is upto date

try to updat it via Xperia Companion. some times it will be ok to update your phone.

Even I tried with Xperia Coampanion, it is saying system is upto date

Grab it, throw it from window and buy an iPhone...at least they taking good care about they customers...

you can flash your phone using flash tool. get your version number i mean regon number and download it using flashtool and flash it. it will be the same like xperia companion. you can update with or without loosing data.

Hi,

I have same problem, came 3 days ago and Companion etc. says that my phone is up to date but still I have that update request on my notification bar. Phone is Xperia Z5 Compact Android 6.0.1
