I dropped my sony xperia z3 and now it won't turn on. I plugged it in to charge to make sure it still worked, and its acting like its dead and needs to charge before it can be turned on again, despite being on about 60% before I dropped it.
When I plug the charger in, the little LED in the top left corner turns red for a little bit (which is normal), but then it turns blue and stays like that. It only turns blue when I have a facebook notification, and even then, it flashes blue. Now, the LED is just constantly blue until I take the charger out and then the cycle repeats.
I'm not sure whats going on or how to fix it. any suggestions?
It seems as if there's physical damage to the motherboard, you could repair it with Xperia Companion but I doubt it'll solve it.
Also, you can try calling your phone from a different phone, if it doesn't ring then it is a hardware issue, if the call goes through then it could be a screen issue, which will be the cheapest to repair.
