Call ending

Hi, my issue is that my phone cuts out of incoming, outgoing a answer phone messages randomly. It can work fine, I can have a 20 minute call and next time incoming calls can cancel after two rings without answering. I can lose a call 3 times in a minute or it can be fine. Basically I can't rely on my Z5 at all. Any thoughts?

To narrow down the issue, boot in >>> safe mode > see if you experience the same issue and report back

Put phone in safe mode and everything was fine. So it looked like an app conflict issue. I deleted a few I did not use, then looked at a couple, via their reviews in the app store. In the end I narrowed it down to two with poor reviews. ALL4, part of the channel 4 streaming service which had a couple of very specific Z5 complaints and a call blocking app which I no longer use as the bunny boiler ex has got the message 🙂

Anyway all is fine with no dropped calls in about 5 days, good considering it was an issue 4 or 5 times a day.
