Can't connect to Google Account

I have bought my Xperia 3 months ago and yesterday it doesn't sign in me in my Google Account, so I can't use Play Store...

I am connected to Intenet, i type my Gmail, my password... Put a tick on "therms..." and it says that the phone can't estabilish a reliable connection to server and I should contact the customer service...

I go on Google Customer service, but there isn't an answer to my question...

I decide to reset the phone(I have a backup on my PC), but the problem doesn't resolve(same script)

Can you help me?

P.S.: if you can, answer me in italian

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you tried creating the Gmail account through Settings.

Menu > Settings > Add Account > Google > Follow instructions.

Let us know how this goes.

I'm Jackie, I have just changed my account.

I tried to do what you've said, but it didn't change.

I have read the discussion guidelines, but therere isn't an anwer to my problem.
