Xperia X won't install nougat

I keep getting a notification that I need to download and install the new update, but I can only get as far as downloading it. When I click install my phone restarts and I get a rectangle with a warning symbol inside and the notification says unable to install. There is no explanation why, anyone else getting this problem?
