Hi,

I have tried PCC every week till now, but i still do not receive the lollipop update. Is my tablet broken? If it isn't, why don't i get the update?

We are unable to answer such questions so you would need to contact Xperia care and pose such a question to them - http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

However updates need to be authorised by your country or network 1st before Sony can release it to you
