The above article states that hardware manufacturers are responsible for fixing the Android vulnerability.
I have been asking you to unlock the bootloader and fix the myriad of technical issues I have to live with on a daily basis; but you have constantly said no. Given you have effectively abandoned my Sony Tablet S after a year of ownership, will you at least patch this vulnerability?
Need I remind you that you have a responsibility to ensure that these devices are fit for purpose. Given there is a gklaring security hole now, will you at least do something about it?
