xav-ax3005db unable to download the firmware update

Hello, I'm unable to download the firmware update. I have followed the instructions pressed the download button, read and scrolled through the license agreement which then allows you to press the download button. But when I press it the page just goes back to the instructions and no download happens? Confused

I've tried it on Chrome and Firefox on my laptop and it worked, so maybe try a different browser/device.
