My headphones ran out of battery for the first time yesterday. I turned them back on and checked the battery, the headphones said they were fully charged before turning off again. I checked the app and they also said that the headphones were 100% charged - which I found strange as I have not charged them since I had purchased them. Is this a common issue? And is there a fix for this?
