SRS-X11 not pairing with iphone 5c

Hi 

My Bluetooth speaker connects without issue to my laptop. My laptop connects through bluetooth with my iphone 5c but but iphone wont pick up with sony srs-x11 bluetooth speaker. The device icon just keeps spinning and wont pick it up? Any ideas? Thanks

Hi Wendy, welcome to the Community.

You may need to toggle the Bluetooth switch on your phone to get the speaker to show up. 

Hold the PAIRING button on the speaker until the white light flashes rapidly. Then turn off the Bluetooth on your iPhone and turn it back on. You should then see the SRS-X11 listed.
