Some album art not showing after it's been converted?

When moving flac files to the player (NW-A45) after converting it stll doesn't show on the player. Are some files just like that?

Are you using the PC-based app to transfer files? You don't specify whether you're converting to or from FLAC with the app and that could be the source of the problem.

They were already converted, I had some given to me. Using Music Center...

I've checked this for you in the help guide and it seems that the player doesn't support album art (called cover art in the guide), not in all formats anyways.

either cover art had not been included properly or the format is not right. The best way to fix it is to add the cover manually from the Music software
