RE: Sony Headphones Serial Number (help?)

Hi folks,

I have just purchased a pair of Sony Headphones (MDR-ZX770BN).

Upon trying to register them, the system asks me for the serial-number, but I do not know how to locate this?  I tried clicking on the ' Serial Number Help' links, but they keep taking me to unrealated pages!

the serial number is optional, since most headphones don't actually carry a serial number.

Which ones are you trying to register?

I have actually located it on the outside box (the printing on the phones is way too small for my eyes!).
