MDR-ZX770BN not activating Siri

I have just unboxed the headphones.

Pretty much what I expected for the money but pressing and holding the phone button does not activate Siri. 

I have iOS 11.1.2, iPhone 8

 Anybody else have this problem ?

Hi Leesoneee, 

I'm not totally sure that MDR-ZX770BN has the voice assist function (Siri), but try following the instructions in this help guide and let us know how you get on.

Thanks Pascale. Tried this 100 times. 

One of the reasons I bought these headphones was because of the page you posted a link to. 

Siri essential for wireless headphones.

Hope there is a workaround for this.

Once again, Apple throws a spanner in the works.
