MDR 1000X BRACKET broke

First, I love SONY! I bought my headphone 1.5 years ago and everything is fine until today. When I pick up my headphone, I saw two cracks on both sides of the bracket! I googled online and found there are so many same problems because of the design problem. I want to know if Sony will fix for my bracket or replace a new one. If so, I will like to keep buying Sony's products.
