Hello, could you please explain to me how do I connect my sony wh-1000xm4 headphones to my phone through usb type c? My phone is the Samsung S20 and hence I purchased an audio to type c converter. However, when I tried using it, it tells me usb device not recognized. Could you please explain why this is happening and howto fix the issue?
