Distortion on human voices but not music Sony Wf1000xm3

Overall I am really satisfied with the new Sony earbuds, but I have these issues when watching a TV series or doing a Skype call, the human voice is very distorted. both on Mac and Windows whereas the music quality is amazing. Has anyone encountered one of these issues before?

Hi @AndreeaTilihoi, welcome to the community.

In general, distortion is due to interference from wi-fi or other electronic signals. Is this likely to be an issue?
