Connecting Walkman NW-A55 to vehicle using only USB
Hello,
I am looking to see if it's possible to connect my new Walkman NW-A55 using the USB cable and my vehicles USB port so that the album covers show on my vehicles in dash screen. Connecting via the Bluetooth feature only shows the track information, amd doesn't include the album covers like my ipod did.
I really hope there is some way for this to happen!!
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
This should be possible but depends also on your car stereo.
If it expects a certain folder structure then it probably doesn't work.
Cheers

Thank you! I have a 2017 Infiniti QX60.. I am going to try and figure this out, and I'll report back.
Thanks!

I am affraid your system does not carries the system protocols to create the same file structure as when a iPod is connected.
I have the same issue, i use an iPod for in my car to enjoy the ergonomics of the file structure & workflow.
But when i connect a different device or simple usb thumpdrive... it's just a plain folderstructure browser.
Nothing presorted like artists, albums, playlists as with a iPod...
It's a developer issue.
