VAIO factory defect and poor service

I bought VAIO Sony because of my past good experience for Sony products.

Now I got a problem: both a factory defect and a poor service in the UK, London.

No any reason to buy Sony products in the UK: only 1 year of warranty and tricky personnel in service.

How I can repair VAIO Sony in London?
