The wireless mouse for my VGC RA304 has just stopped working after 4 weeks, I have tried a re-install of the mouse as per instructions with no success has any one else had the same?
Excuse my ignorance,I had to buy a Logitech one, but is it a wireless optical mouse. If so is the light on (the optical sensor in the base of the mouse)?
To-day I contacted the support site and they ran me through a few test's to check that there was a fault, they have now arranged a replacement, the person I spoke to was very helpful and he new his stuff. I must say they were very good.
