I supose there is many of you who might be interested in this. It's more like a not 100% proven theory but... well you will see:-)
Not once question was asked why many vaio's dvd drives won't read and burn good, and solutions was from firmware update to replacing drives.
I updated the firmware, and situation was pretty the same, maby a bit better... but I still had a problems... to cut the long story short:
for some reason when dvd/or cd is burned in UFO format everything seems to work PERFECT! why this is more like a not 100% proven theory, because I discovered this a week ago and I burned just 8-10 dvd's. But, all of them are burned and read smoothly. The only problem I had is my friend's win2000 didn't see udf format, but on the other hand, all linux and mac machines read it .
