Hi - would appreciate any input on the following problem.
I bought a sony vaio vgn-fw31j from heathrow airport (March 09). Also bought a blu-ray dvd of x-men trilogy (May 09) which i believe has just been released on blu-ray.
My problem is that I cannot play the blu-ray dvd as it says i need to upgrade the windvd blu-ray player. I have gone to the sony website and downloaded and installed the file EP0000171783. It still gives me the same message.
Is there another source for the player or should i download another blu-ray player? Being a tech novice - i would like to stick to the pre-installed software if possible.
