my download speed is 20mb. the computer was making 20mb with its 4gb of ram as standard. but after adding the 8gb of crucial compatability ram to the computer (now has 12gb) the download speed is now at 2.991 mb thats nearly 7x slower! i removed the ram and its back at 20mb. what is going on with the upgrade. it seems to be the correct ram checked via there search checker. i at least expected the computer to be a bit faster, not slower
ps the upload speeds stayed the same.
