Problem when watching videos. at random points during videos and when listening music, either online or DVD, the sound would stick and and flicker then go into almost like a super slow for a few seconds, then goes normal (it's very annoying), PC is nothing doing at this moment, that problem even not happened on my OLD pc, but on this one  - persists, and not only on my laptop, my friend got a different model from VAIO got the same problem, and still can't find a solution... tried to search around the internet, a lot of people got this.  Have contacted support, have done all the tries and advices... nothing helps, could someone help to release problem ?

Assuming that both models have McAfee Security installed try removing this completely. Follow the guidance in the following link – then install a more reliable security suite.

1-st time I've tried to uninstall this stuff, my PC lost internet connection, so I've done a full system restore.

Then I think I've done a big mistake, I just bought this stuff (mcafee)... I was thinking about this, I'll try to remove that, thanks.

It didn't help, I just done full reset to my laptop, for now it's quiet, but haven't done any update :
