Sound cuts out on PCG-GRX415MP

Everytime I listen to sound from any source it intermittently cuts out. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Forum.

Could be a driver problem.

Try either downloading an up-to-date one from Vaio-Link (if an update even exists) or try reinstalling your original sound driver.

Thanks but I have already tried downloading and reinstalling the sound drivers. It has made no difference. The playback or voice sound still cuts out after approximately 50 seconds. The sound works fine up until the point at which it cuts out.
Any other suggestions?
