hy ive recently bought a sony viao VPCEB37FD and opening and while minimized either illustrator cc or photoshop cc will sit at 2-3mil/ Kb (2-3gb) and ogbnce i start moving the mouse it jumps beyong 5 million Kb (5gb) i eed hardwaronly have, 4 gb ram, windows 7 home premium 64b ,500 gb Hdd ,intel intergrated graphics, what is the cause of this. adobe or conflicting software or damaged hardware? and how would i go about self checking all this , cause the last few techs have triewd taking me for a sucker. im not college/uni expert on computers but i know quite a fair share compared to the average person
i just dont know how i should go about trying to resolve the high memory usage???
