I have ordered a sony vaio pro online using the 0% apr, the money has been taken out, I finalised everything but no confirmation order from sony and I keep getting emails telling me whats in my basket etc.
It says I shouldn't need to do anything else and that sony will now process and deliver my order, when I login my order shows up under 'open orders' with a delivery date of 02/09 - 30/09 which seems mental? can't they give a better approx date than that and can someone please confirm this has been completed and I don't need to do anything else my end as sony really should have confirmed this via email?
Also can't view any status as this comes up - Due to a system failure we are currently unable to provide you with the order
