Slow boot up & slow running K215B

HI can any one help i have a K215B it seems to take a long time to boot up and sometimes just seems slow running programs.
Any help very greatful.

I would check for Spyware/viruses etc. Try running Spybot S & D and/or Adaware

Also make sure that your virus scanner is up to date and run a full scan.

Service Pack 2 can produce a marked decrease in startup times.

Yeah it seems to boot in < 40secs
