Skipping Tracks..

Can anyone help with my skipping tracks problem?

This does not happen on every album i put on the player and it happens when i put the album onto the PC. From this i would conclude it has nothing to do with the player itself. I have checked the CD for scratches but they seem in ok condition. I have even cleaned the CD's with a soft tissue in a circular motion first.

If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated...

Hi, a couple of things to check. what version of Sonic Stage are you using?

Also what settings are you using when you actually rip the CD? Bitrates and so on. It could easily be just a dirty lens on your CD drive so a CD lens cleaner my also be worth a go too.
