REALLY SERIOUS PCG-K215B PROBLEM WITH RECOVERY

I have a vaio pcg-k215b with win xp home in german,but the problem is i lost all the date on my hard disk and i dont have a recovery cd.How can i get 1 need help.......

The recovery partition is actually on the hard disk.
The problem is getting it working again.
