My Sony Vaio Media Plus and Media Gallery not passing over configuring firewall and other!! I try reinstalling but nothing!

I have a VPCEA4S1/L Vaio and recently i performed a factory-condition reinstall and now after all the updates many unsuccessful my media gallery an vaio media plus won't pass over the firewall settings and others. I reinstall them but no solution. I think it's something disabled or other drivers problem.Can you help me?
