Please Help me.I have a problem with my first Hard drive :(
Hi,
I wanted to restore my first hard drive but it doesn't work
I've restore the second part with the system of gestion.
But now after back up all my files on my new (second hard drive) I want to restore the first in NTFS for all part. I put the CD restore and I restarted the computer . The problem is that the CD rom is not reconized and I can't do anything
I have an other solution but it's risky
Format the hard drive in the post of work
I don't want a solution like that because I have no back up to make it good.
If you have a solution please help me :smileyrolling_eyes:
Thank you for reply

Go into safe mode, and uninstall the CD-ROM, restart the PC and see if you can see it again.
