Hy everybody...i bought a laptop vaio model VGN-S5XP and i found a problem...optical unit doesn't work correctly. The problem is that it reads only some DVD, while others does not see them. Someone has found the same problem and can help me? Thank's
hi I am using an s4xp. I guess both models are nearly same. I didn't face such a problem. It can even read dvds with many scthraches on it. u should better contact the service. coz I don't think it's normal.
