Operating system is in Spanish instead of English

I use a Vaio note-book whose operating system is in Spanish and other application software. The problem is that I only understand English language. Pls can someone advise me on what to do?

Install XP Pro whatever in English. The instructions on how to do this is linked below at Club James. The problem is your software bundle supplied would be in Spanish as well. You can buy an English version recovery disk for 54 pounds but first phone Vaio-Link if you can do this successfully. Check this InstallXP
