My charging simbol

My Vaio FS series laptop does not always show me that its charging this is annoying as when i'm at school its not always charged but says it is grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

In Control Panel, open Power Options, click on the Advanced tab and check the box “Always show icon on the taskbar” then click apply. You may need to do this a couple of times.

I got the same problem. I have it enabled but it doesn't show, including many other icons.. It's kinda weird

Try logging off and then logging back in again, this will usually resore the system tray icons - it is a known bug in XP.

Thankyou the problem is anoyin it seems to be workin recently but i often have to correct it as you say

Hi, my fs is just the same. I have found to go to the control panel, power settings, then click on the advanced button. You need to disable the icon first, click ok, then go back on it again and enable it.
