My laptop always Freezes or shuts down i have the right mind to take it back to the shop its terrible Sony Vaio is said to be great byt not from my point of view!:smileycry:

Vieuwing the number of threads they are really terrible, for instance a car company gets the cars back to the firm, why does SONY do the same.

I have the same machine, but it has never frozen or just shut down, if it is new I would take it back.

Yep. I'd say just take it back and get it exchanged.

I would do a full recovery before returning it.

Yep, make a recover. Use the manufacturer settings (all software is installed) and make a Point on the option " overwrite harddisk with zeros "
