hi
i dont understand how I can transfert pic in my VAIO !
It is not possible just take them and put them inside the folder pics of the VAIO ??
Somebody can explain me how to transfert the pic for that I can see them on the VAIO ?!

First I advise you to read the manual !
But secondly, if you like to transfer photos, you have to double click on VAIO-PHOTO folder first, the you have to create a folder with this name : "USER-XXX" (XXX is a number, between 000 and 999) and then paste your pics under this folder.
Then you can go to your VP and see the folder you've created, and the pictures as well ! (This is the only way yet :smileymonkey: )

Excuse, but i don't agree... To read the manual is the basic answer, but it depends on the software.

I had the same problem there is some behind time using the software PictureGearStudio. I consider that the system used (by Sony) is bad, but what to do...

For pictures or films, Sony created a System of Server. He works similar to the FOLDER, but it should be created inside of the software that you should use.

Yes. Their pictures should be gathered in a specific Folder created by you, however, since then, you will have that you move them for a sub-directory created inside of Photo-Server.

You should create the directory, or her structure of sub-directories inside of the wanted program. For instance: PHOTO SERVER CONTENT MANAGER

You should use the File Manager (Explorer) to create the own directory, then, put their original pictures there.

You then will have to open both programs in the same screen.

Since then, move the pictures of her folder with the original pictures for the folder of SERVER CONTENT MANAGER inside of the program.

For films, the applied logic is the same.

I believe me and you are not talking about the same device! I elieve Litch wanted to know how to transfer his pics into his VAIO POCKET digital music player, which is not a pc or laptop!

diablovaio,maybe itbroker is trying to say that the way you proposed is not the only one.as i have learned from experience,sony uses same or similar programm for most of the same collection products[ie all cybershots]
so,maybe there is another way to put the pictures in the vp...and maybe it is even more helpful or easy-to-view

again,what itbroker said might be for laptops only...

You might be right, but what I understood from Litch was that he wants to transfer some pics from his computer to VP.
But anyways, why should someone post something about laptops here? It's bloody Vaio Pocket FORUM !!!!

anyways,itbroker is a vaio guru and we should respect him for what he is.also,if you think he is german you can understand why he could have gotten the question wrong.

I said that you might be right, and I was joking about the forums! I didn't judge anyone! I hate to judge ppl!I know everyone can make mistakes!
