how can i make the ms bootable on my AGN-A397xp laptop.

i want to use it like a floppy disk.

I doubt very much that you can. The memory stick reader is a USB device and I don¿t think that you will find any option in the Bios that will enable boot from USB.
Having said that, I do know that some notebooks will boot from a Sony USB floppy drive¿.

damn and it would of been so cool to run DSL (damn small linux) on it and keep the hard drive as it is and just run off the MS if any one finds a way to do it please tell me

Hehe I wanted to try that too, I couldn't get it to work off a USB stick either, damn Sony.

We want a BIOS rev which has USB boot

yeah they should... i mean most othe makes of laptop do it. i might ask if thet can do a rev update on my laptop lol
