I have few questions about Vaio pocket. Is there a way the sonic stage upgrades automaticaly tags on the player when you change the information in the library? It's really a pain in the ass to delete and transfer songs everytime u change the information (genre, name etc.).
And what about the skins? Are there some new skins, or a way to create them? Thanx...

there is a way actually....its manual again!
you can right-click on the album placed on the vp and click on properties,then change any info you want from there.
i know its really frustrating,i have to do it too every time i want to change something...i believe we should expect something more!

as for the skins i know nothing about new ones,i would really like some though!if anybody else knows,please share it with us...

Well, even the stupid iTunes can sync the info, i wonder why sonic stage lacks basic functions like this. And other thing, Is there a way to see the files on the player in alphabetical order?(in the transfer mode) I've been looking for one album like 5 mins...

thats just the way it is...
if you check out other questions you will see everyone complaining about the s.stage...
but its the only way to handle the vp so you have to use it either you want to or not....
sorry but thats just the only way!i hate it myself but you get no choice!

now about the alphabetical order,it should appear in it on its own but if it doesnt there is a button on the left menu[you know,when you move your fingers on the left buttons of the g-sense] that has a small arrow and something like lines next to it.that changes the way the albums appear,the change is shown in the upper right of the screen,i think the modes are "1-2" "A-Z" and "Z-A"

I love SONY but I never liked SS, and it seems that I wasn't too wrong!
Usually, major program upgrades (like 2.3 to 3.0) means that it's gonna have lots of new features that never had before. But I can't find some very simple things in SS 3.0! It's like a program that makes decisions by itself most of the time, and you just can HELP it sometimes! It's not flexible at all!
Skins: There's nowhere I could find some information about them! We need a GOOD FIRMWARE UPGRADE README, with lots of explanations about new features! I found one somewhere, about all new features and fixed problems, but it was lamely explained and without any details. SONY products are great, SONY softwares(and software supports) are terrible! Sometimes I'm thinking like that SONY has kidnapped some programers and istorturing them to make them work for her for free!

i have not installed 3.0 yet,i think you can guess the reasons.
i mean even your last post is one of them!
i really like sony too,my mobile is sony,my last discman player was sony,i like all the products but when it comes to software...the hell with those people!

one more think:
i hope someone will eventually track down some more vaio skins cause we could all use some different ones i guess
