Hello everyone,
Actually my niece broke the backspace key of my laptop, i can't fix it myself but don't know how to contact sony regarding this. I am a UK resident any help would be greatly appreciated.

Phone is the quickest way to get it all sorted, e-mail takes alot longer.

Is the empty round plastic key socket on your Vaio keyboard damaged..?

If not is the key clip or key damaged.?

can I also request a key for my notebook which isn't standard?
Like a TUX for the windows logo (I want to remove it)

Actually the key clip has damaged, the key itslef is ok and my laptop is still under warranty. I will ring the support team tomorrow lets see what they say. I guess they will send some one to fix it just as once happened to my dell and there guy arrived at my home and he fixed it in a go, i hope sony would do the same.
