You will need to contact Sony Support and see if they have an unlock code they can give you over the phone. They will probably need to establish that you rightfully own the Vaio and that it has not been stolen before you bought it. Give then a ring here: - 0905 0310006 (0.35£/min).

The only alternatives are either illegal or expensive. Look at Google.
