I have had a browse through the iManual, however I cannot see any settings that you can change. As far as I am aware, the settings for 'sound delay' to 'sound/picture sync' is generally on the connected device?
Are you getting a delay in sound/picture when no other devices are connected (ie only Freeview) or is the 'lag' only via the TIVO box? If so, have a look at the settings on the TIVO (including HDMI settings)
