It is difficult to answer your question without knowing the full model number (starts with KD). But assuming that it is a Linux TV it is currently restricted to the supplied apps and new apps cannot be added because the apps store was removed in 2019. Best bet is to add a Fire Stick, Android box or other streaming box or stick.
